Step 1. Download the latest driver/kernel/firmware from:
a) The official website: www.r4ids.com.
b) Our website(R4i Gold Kernel download) - it is faster than the official website
2. Before copying the driver/kernel to the microSD Memory Card, please format your microSD on your PC. This is to remove all the data on the memory card.
a) After inserting the microSD into the card reader, go to My Computer.
b) Right click the driver representing the microSD memory card.
c) Choose Format
d) Click Start to format the memory card
3. Unzip the file downloaded (using Winrar) on your PC
a) Unzip the driver/kernel/firmware file.
b) Winrar can be downloaded from www.download.com by searching for Winrar at the Search.
c) Select and copy all the unzipped files.
4. Copy the unzipped files to the microSD memory card
5. Copy your own files, including music, movies, pictures and homebrew games to the microSD memory card
6. Plug in the microSD to the flashcart. When inserting or changing carts on slot-1, switch off the DS, insert in the cart and then start the DS.

Spring 2010 District Sample Sale to Stage March 16; Tickets on Sale Next Tuesday

Feb 18, 2010 – Washington, DC (February 18, 2010): The District Sample Sale Foundation announces that the eighth iteration of its signature semi-annual event, the District Sample Sale, will stage Tuesday, March 16th from 6:30 –9:00pm in Georgetown, at 3336 M Street NW, Washington, DC. CityDance Early Arts, a program dedicated to providing arts education to underprivileged communities in the DC metro area, has been chosen as the Spring 2010 charity, toward which 100% of all event profits will be donated.
The public ticket on sale date is Tuesday, February 23 at 10 am. General Admission is $40 and VIP tickets are $100, and Benefactress sponsor tickets are $250. VIP and Benefactress guests, limited to 200 shoppers, will receive the coveted DSS goodie bag and will have private access from 5:30pm to 6:30pm for an hour of bonus shopping with first access to the best designer bargains.
“The VIP tickets are a hot commodity,” says Liberty Jones, one of the five District Sample Sale founders. “The ability to shop without the crowds to get first crack at the sale, and get the paperless goodies bag make the ticket price a bargain.”
Expecting 700+ attendees, the event will feature more than 20 of Washington's best designer clothing and shoe boutiques selling their favorite items at deeply discounted prices with savings up to 90%. Many boutiques will also preview new looks for the upcoming season and offer them for exclusive event prices.
The District Sample Sale will feature passed signature cocktails as well as hors d'oeuvres from participating local restaurants, a luxury-item silent auction, a raffle, goodie bag (with VIP tickets) and more. Some participating exhibitors include Ginger, Luna, Periwinkle, Sassanova, Sugar, Sherman Pickey, and Urban Chic, to name a few.

Technology however, is an amazing thing and now at the click of a button, you are spoilt for choices ranging from canned food to live food to feed your pet reptile. A lot of insect stores now provide good quality reptile products which include live crickets, mealworms, super worms, fruit flies and hissing cockroaches. You can also find out from these shops what the right diet for your bearded dragon is important to bear in mind though that after all they are trying to make money and it is sometimes possible that they misinform you in order to get you to buy reptile products.
Pet reptiles like lizards and salamanders can be fed crickets, mealworms, super worms, hissing cockroaches and fruit flies. The question most often asked by bearded dragon owners is whether or not bearded dragons can be fed mealworms in place of crickets. There is a wide opinion you will receive from most insect stores but in reality, it is best to not feed your bearded dragon mealworms too regularly. This is because mealworms possess hard outer chitins which make it difficult for bearded dragons to digest them. The result is very often impaction which can ultimately result in death of the bearded dragon. So mealworms are best avoided and crickets should be the main food for bearded dragons. If at all you want to feed your pet bearded dragon mealworms, restrict to very few and be careful while doing so. It is also important to remember that mealworms, if given to your bearded dragon too regularly, can also cause them to have very high weight gain.
Your bearded dragon’s main source of nutrition comes from crickets and various greens. That’s all very well you say, but how does one keep that many crickets at home? The ideal manner in which to store crickets is to use a “cricket keeper”, which is a cage that has been fitted with a secure lid. This prevents them from being able to escape. You can also keep crickets in a sterilised contained without a lid. However, you need to keep close to thousand crickets together in order to not let them escape. Most of us however, do have family that are terrified of crickets, so it might be an idea to utilise a separate room to store these if you have a pet bearded dragon to feed!
Finally, all pets deserve a treat once in a while and so does your bearded dragon. You can now buy wax worms that look like maggots and are referred to as “maggots” in the insect store. They are the equivalent of candy for your bearded dragon and do not provide any nutrition at all. So while it is alright to allow your bearded dragon to indulge on these occasionally, it is certainly not a good idea to make them a regular feature in your pet’s diet, as they do contain fat.

The idea for the specialized cuddle pillow came when one of the founders felt it was "nearly impossible" to find a comfortable position while cuddling with his girlfriend. He found that either his arm became sore quickly or he couldn't see over his girlfriends head while watching television. After telling a friend about the idea, they decided to start building a solution to the problem. In late 2009, after a few months of product design and testing, Armadillow Inc. launched the Armadillow Pillow. The pillow’s patent pending design features a multi-leveled pillow top and supportive arm tunnels. These features help to alleviate arm and neck pain while helping to increase visibility for two people cuddling.
