The Iron Gavel Launches Free Auction Listings

PR Log (Press Release) – Jan 26, 2010 – The Iron Gavel is pleased to announce the introduction of an auction site where ALL listings are Free.  Not only the basic listings, but all the optional features as well:  bold print, category featured, front page featured, 7 pictures, and reserve price just to mention a few.  There are no hidden charges and no surprises when you go to list an item for auction.

At the end of the auction, if a winner is declared, a low (5%) flat rate will be charged as a final value selling fee.  That’s it, no other charges whatsoever.  The Iron Gavel understands the difficult times in our economy and wants to do its part to help people make a living.

Another good reason for choosing The Iron Gavel is how simple it is to navigate. Go to the site and register for an account, login and click the desired tab.  You can select Sell to list an item for auction, members area to review or change information about your account.  This area also includes information about your active and closed auctions.  These areas make it easy for you to sell similar items or re-list an item that didn’t sell; again list for Free.

After the auction is completed, there is an area for the Buyer and Seller to leave feedback about how the transaction was handled.

For individuals or businesses that have lots of items to sell, Stores are available.  You can set up a store to fit your needs at a low monthly fee based on the number of items you want to show in your store.  Be sure to check out the fee schedule at www.theirongavel.com.

While most items are permitted, there are restrictions you should make yourself familiar with before listing.   Most firearms are also allowed, but there are special rules and regulations that must be strictly adhered to so we strongly suggest reading those prior to listing such items.

The Iron Gavel auctions offers Free listings, low selling fees and affordable stores.  Make more money where the auction listings are free – The Iron Gavel.
